Exemple : Payment Plan for an Artwork Priced at AED 11,400

General Terms:

• Total Price: AED 11,400

• Initial Payment: AED 1,200

• Monthly Payments: Spread over 36 months

• Final Payment: AED 2,000

• Certificate of Authenticity: Issued only upon full completion of the payment plan.

• Ownership of the Artwork: The artwork remains the exclusive property of Vincent Faudemer Studios until the full payment is completed.

Payment Details:

1. Initial Payment:

• Amount: AED 1,200

• To be paid upon signing the agreement.

2. Monthly Payments Over 36 Months:

• Remaining amount after the initial payment: AED 11,400 - AED 1,200 = AED 10,200

• Deducting the final payment: AED 10,200 - AED 2,000 = AED 8,200

• Monthly payment amount: AED 8,200 ÷ 36 = AED 227.78 per month

• Duration: 36 consecutive months.

3. Final Payment:

• Amount: AED 2,000

• To be paid at the end of the 36-month installment period.

Client Commitments:

• Full payment of the total amount (AED 11,400) is required to gain ownership of the artwork and receive the certificate of authenticity.

• In case of non-payment of one or more installments, the agreement may be terminated, and any payments already made will not be refunded.

Vincent Faudemer Studios Commitments:

• The artwork will be reserved for the client throughout the payment plan period.

• The certificate of authenticity will be issued immediately after the final AED 2,000 payment is received, marking the conclusion of the agreement.
