Returns and Refund Policy

 

You are eligible to return a product within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, only if there is damage or a major defect in the product. Proof of damage or defect, such as photos or videos, must be provided.

If the return is approved, the return shipping will be at our expense. However, if the product was used improperly, shows normal wear and tear, or was damaged by improper handling, we reserve the right to deny the return.

Before initiating any return, you must first contact our customer service team.

Once we receive and verify the returned product and the provided proof of damage, we will issue a full refund or replace the product with a new one, at your preference.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above criteria.
